1. Scope, purpose and legal basis of processing
Personal data means any information relating to an identified or identifiable individual. MODRI PTIČ d.o.o. processes your personal data when you submit an enquiry through the contact form on our website, send us an email or contact us by phone.

For this purpose, we may collect the following data voluntarily provided by you:
first and last name, company name, email address, phone number, company website and the content of your enquiry or message.

Your personal data is processed for the purpose of responding to your enquiry, providing information, preparing and concluding a contract, and performing contractual obligations. Data submitted through the contact form is used exclusively for the provision of agreed services and for internal administrative and business management purposes.

2. Data recipients
We undertake not to disclose your personal data to unauthorized third parties without your consent. Personal data is generally stored within the European Union and is not transferred to third countries, except where necessary for the technical provision of electronic services or where required by law.

3. Data retention period
Personal data is retained only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purpose for which it was collected and further processed. After the retention period expires, personal data is permanently deleted or anonymized so that identification of the individual is no longer possible. If the purposes for processing cease to exist, the relevant data sets are deleted without delay.

4. Protection of personal data
The website is hosted on secure servers and subject to regular security checks. Personal data is used solely for the purposes stated above and is not sold or marketed. Data may be shared with contractual partners who provide technical support or website maintenance services, and such partners are bound to protect personal data under the same conditions as MODRI PTIČ d.o.o.

In exceptional cases, personal data may be disclosed to competent state authorities if required by applicable law or on the basis of an official request.

5. Rights of the data subject
Under the conditions set out in the GDPR, individuals have the right to request access to their personal data, rectification or erasure of data, restriction of processing, the right to object to processing and the right to data portability. Requests can be submitted by email or by post to the company’s registered address.

If you believe that your personal data protection rights have been violated, you may notify us so that we can take appropriate action.
